Step 1: Start in the middle of your net
Step 2: Challenge out to just above the bottom of the circles
Step 3: Retreat back using a couple “C” cuts
Step 4: Hold your feet at the top of the crease
Step 5: Transition using your momentum back to either post. This can be done standing or in a butterfly save selection.
Remember that practice makes perfect! Work on drills like this whenever you have spare time in practice.
